We enjoy dining at Meritage Restaurant -- excellent service, and good food. Our favorite "casual" dining restaurant in Cincinnati, OH....

Our server Erick was very attentive and polite. He knew the menu well and was very good to make suggestions without seeming abrasive. The restaurant was not overly busy so I hope that the service on the weekend is just as top notch. I will come back.

My meal was perfect. The onion soup was perfect: nice onion flavor, not too salty, really great on a cold fall evening. My prime rib could not have been better, rare, flavorful, and very tender. The baked potato was so good that I took half of it home for today's dinner.

We had 28 guests and not one of them had any complaints. I was very impressed with the service which was absolutely exemplary. The food could not have been better. Meritage is here to stay and deserves to be on the top 10 list for Cincinnati restaurants.

Kristie’s dream has always been to open her own restaurant.  After pursing a business degree at the University of Cincinnati, she went on to study culinary arts at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco.  Kristie has worked in the restaurant industry for thirteen years doing everything from Hostess to Executive Chef in San Francisco, Chicago, and Cincinnati.  In July 2011 she opened Meritage Restaurant in Glendale, Ohio.
